Art by Laury collects as little personal information as possible, uses it only to answer your messages and fulfil your orders, and never sells it.

What we collect

When you send a message

Your name, email address, the type of inquiry and your message. These are delivered to our studio inbox by email.

When you buy

Your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you purchased. Card details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor; we never receive or store them.

When you browse

This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and doesn't track you across other websites. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to keep the site secure and running.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the studio, each for one purpose:

• Stripe — processes payments and sends your receipt.
• Creativehub — our printing partner; receives your name, shipping address and phone number to print and deliver print orders.
• Resend — delivers contact-form messages and order notifications to our inbox.
• Cloudflare — hosts the website.
• Shipping carriers — receive your delivery details for originals.

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept as long as needed to respond and for our records. Order details are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we extend them to everyone.
