Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases made through artbylaury.com from Art by Laury (“we”, “us”). By completing a purchase you agree to them, together with our Shipping & Returns policy.

Prices & payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping, and any sales tax that applies, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.

Originals are one of one

Each original painting is unique. In the rare event that a work sells to two buyers at the same moment, the first completed payment secures the piece and any other payment is refunded in full straight away.

Prints

Prints are produced to order on archival materials by our printing partner. Sizes listed refer to the paper size unless stated otherwise.

Commissions

Commissioned works are agreed individually by email. A deposit, the timeline and the details of the work are confirmed in writing before painting begins. Because each commission is made for one person, the deposit is non-refundable once work has started.

Copyright

All artworks and images on this site are © Laury. Buying a painting or print gives you ownership of that physical object; copyright and all reproduction rights stay with the artist. You're welcome to share photos of the work in your home on social media — please credit Laury.

Our responsibility

We take great care with every order. Our responsibility for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow that limitation. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
